- Date of the event
- Start time
- End time
- Location and address of the event. Include all locations (Example: location of ceremony and location of cocktails/dinner)
- Number of musicians wanted for the event (Solo or number of musicians in ensemble)

Add $50 per musician for each additional hour past five hours. Please note, any downtime or travel time during the event must be included in price.
Rate Schedule: Non-Lansing Area Events
The performance rates are the same price as local events plus a rate of $50 an hour round trip travel time per musician, charged in the first hour. Travel time is rounded up to the nearest half hour.
